Conventional wheelchairs rely on braking to change direction, creating friction and slowing momentum. Steering-by-Leaning allows direction changes through body movement instead, resulting in smoother, more efficient mobility. Especially on uneven ground, tilted sidewalks, and longer journeys. For many users, it also enables one-handed steering when needed.
